New Potatoes
We are always looking for new presentations for hors d'oeuvres. Our mini new potatoes are baked, split and topped with a variety of goodies. Easily eaten in a bite or two. Each topping is custom prepared and a minimum order of a dozen is required.

Amuse Plates
Carriers always pose a problem for caterers. There is generally too much starch and not enough of the goods. So we eliminate most of the starch and leave you with the prime product. Each morsel is presented on a 2-inch square white plastic plate with the appropriate sauce accompanying the skewered bite. Each plate is $2.95

Delivery is available locally Monday thru Friday. Deliveries outside the Naples area and on weekends may have additional charges and may require more advance notice. Please inquire.
Equipment Rentals
We can provide full rental services for any event. Plates, coffee cups, tables, chairs, linens, coffee urns, chafing dishes and stemwareare available. All rentals are delivered prior to event set-up and picked up the day following the event.
Flowers and Décor
We can provide floral arrangements thru our florist and can also provide you with audio visual, lighting and décor through our local sources.
Beverages
We can provide all your beverage needs: a wonderful selection of wines, liquors, mixers, sodas, Perrier & Fiji. We can also provide for the delivery of ice.
Entertainment
We will arrange entertainment at your request.
